Jennifer Adelakun

As the Chief Executive Officer, attorney Jennifer Anukem has significant expertise in the establishment and successful management of business operations. She is sought after for her expertise in leadership training. Through her expertise Jennifer can galvanize a team to perform efficiently and effectively.  She is instrumental in leading our business development division.  As a result oriented executive, Jennifer facilitates the process of business acquisition from research and writing to implementation and reporting. She carefully oversees projects to ensure client goals are met efficiently. Jennifer is from Randallstown in Baltimore Maryland. She studied communications at the University of Pittsburgh and received her J.D. from George Washington University Law School. Jennifer is the proud mother of three children who live in the suburbs of Howard County Maryland. 
 

Kimberly Kight

As the Chief Technology Officer Kimberly Kight brings over 20 years of in-depth Data and Information Technology experience. She is highly analytical, professional and passionate about finding the right solution. Kimberly brings years of forward thinking experience to the company. She studied electrical computer engineering at Drexel University and has a unique capability of understanding the full stack. In this role, Kimberly leads the design and development of IT strategy and ensures the smooth integration with our customer’s strategic planning processes and the resulting business strategy. Kim specializes in cloud computing, strategic planning, enterprise metrics, business intelligence, customer experience, human capital, technology upgrades, and financial management. Overall, she is a leader with exceptional business acumen and a manager with a solution-oriented focus.

Dominic Ali, the Chief Operating Officer at Phase V Consulting, is an accomplished executive with over 20 years of experience in service delivery and IT business administration. Known for his strategic approach, Dominic excels in optimizing operational efficiencies and developing robust security management systems. He holds a Master of Science in Cybersecurity Management, a Master of Science in Information Technology, and a Doctor of Business Administration with a concentration in IT. Dominic’s expertise lies in aligning operational initiatives with business goals, fostering a culture of security awareness, and safeguarding data integrity and confidentiality. He oversees day-to-day operations, optimizes resource allocation, and drives organizational growth, making him an integral part of our executive team.
